On the day of your appointment, the technician will give you a courtesy call approximately 30 to 45 minutes prior to arrival to verify someone is at the residence and to give you a more precise arrival time. If we are unable to reach you on the third call, your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled for a later date.

Yes; carpet cleaning will remove Scotchgard and other protectants, but we are happy to reapply. Charges will apply for Scotchgard application.
Lone Star Carpet Cleaning and Repairs adheres to a strict twenty-four hour cancellation policy. We must receive written notification of your cancellation at least twenty-four hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your appointment and a penalty up to the pruchase price of your service.
